Amendment #69 to H4005

Amherst Regional Public Schools Regional Transportation

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2517, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “provided, that not less than $300,000 shall be allocated to Amherst Regional Public Schools for regional transportation services”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$400,000”.
