Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 1596-2511 by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that $20,000 shall be expended for Julie’s Family Learning Program for one time investment to replace antiquated infrastructure at its early education and care facility”
