Greenfield Maintenance Vehicle Upgrades

Representatives Blais of Deerfield and Whipps of Athol move to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item1596-2507, by inserting after "projects" the following:- "; provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Greenfield for maintenance vehicle upgrades"
