Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1596-2511, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to People Incorporated for expanded and affordable childcare access for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in the city of Fall River”.
