An Act authorizing the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority to provide sewer services to a certain parcel of land in the town of Sharon

The committee on Rules recommends that the bill be amended by inserting before the enacting clause the following emergency preamble:- ; and by inserting before the enacting clause the following emergency preamble:

“Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority to supply sewer services to certain parcels of land in the town of Sharon, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.”.
