Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 39 the following section:

“SECTION X. Section 36 of chapter 285 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2025.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- March 30, 2026.”.
