Amendment #19 to H4150

Rest Homes

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after line item 4400-1033 the following items:

"4405-2000    For rates to residential care facilities and rest homes effective July 1, 2024, established under section 13D of chapter 118E of the General Laws, shall cumulatively total not less than $3,000,000 more than rates effective January 1, 2024.....................................$3,000,000.

4408-1000   For rates to residential care facilities and rest homes effective July 1, 2024, established under section 13D of chapter 118E of the General Laws, shall cumulatively total not less than $1,000,000 more than rates effective January 1, 2024..............................$1,000,000."
