Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item:

xxxx-xxxx For the creation of the Alma Wright Garden in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for costs associated with site preparation, landscaping, and community engagement activities related to the development of the garden ……….$25,000
