Amendment #21 to H4150

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 4510-0794 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx For a substance use and trauma prevention initiative operated by Project R.I.G.H.T., Inc. in the Grove Hall area of Boston; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the implementation of the initiative, including but not limited to community outreach, peer-led support groups, educational workshops, and culturally responsive prevention programming……….$150,000
