Amendment #33 to H4150

North Andover Vaping Detection Equipment

Representatives Ramos of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2a, in line 4510-0794, by adding the following: “provided, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover to buy and install vaping detection technology and establish a robust prevention program in the public schools”.
