Mrs. Sangiolo of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-1776, in line 51, by inserting after "celebrations;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for planning and operating costs associated with the 250th anniversary celebrations in the City of Newton"
