Museum of African American History

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-1776, in line 7 by inserting after the word "Laws" the following: "provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Museum of African American History"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$15,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$15,250,000"
