Call Reimbursement for Non-Violent ICE Detainees

Ms. Garcia of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx provided further, no less than $720,000 be expended to provide call reimbursement for non-violent individuals with no prior criminal convictions detained by U.S. Immigrant and Customs Enforcement, to be administered by the Office for Refugees and Immigrants.”
