Riverbend Clinical Expansion

Representatives Howard of Lowell and Hong of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 4510-0794 but inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $130,000 shall be expended to Riverbend headquartered in the City of Lowell for the purposes of supporting clinical substance use and mental health treatment across the Southeast Asian communities of Greater Lowell through support staff expansions."
