Amendment #11 to H4187

Demographic Representation in Cannabis Licenses

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX.  Section 3 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “(2)” in line 15 the following: (iii) that the regulation of and issuance of licenses to operate marijuana establishments will ensure that the licenses to operate fully reflect the demographic and racial background of the community issuing said licenses.”
