Reasonableness of delivery safeguards

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, a marijuana delivery licensee or a marijuana establishment with delivery agents engaged in the delivery of marijuana or marijuana products to a consumer shall not be required to have on their person a body camera when transacting a delivery to a consumer.”.
