Operational efficiency and streamlined customer experience

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, after an individual has presented their proof of identification and had their age determined to be 21 years of age or older for the purpose of gaining entry into the premises of a marijuana retailer, said individual shall not be required to present their identification a second time at the point-of-sale.”.
