Amendment #24 to H4187

Hemp Beverages Amendment

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in Section 40 by adding the following:

SECTION XXXX.  Section 4 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection: - Section 26(d) after the words “chapter 138” the following:- “,a license to operate a retail marijuana establishment issued under this chapter, or a license to operate a retail medical marijuana establishment issued under chapter 94I.”

SECTION XXXX. Section 4 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection: Section 27(a) of Chapter 94G of the General Laws after the words “chapter 138” the following:- “,a license to operate a retail marijuana establishment issued under this chapter, or a license to operate a retail medical marijuana establishment issued under chapter 94I.”

SECTION XXXX. Section 4 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection: Section 27(b) of Chapter 94G of the General Laws after the words “retail under chapter 138”:- “,a license to operate a retail marijuana establishment issued under this chapter, or a license to operate a retail medical marijuana establishment issued under chapter 94I” and after the words “issued under Chapter 138” the following: "-or holds a license to operate a manufacturing marijuana establishment issued under this chapter."
