Improving CCC Efficiency

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill by striking out certain words in multiple sections and inserting the following new text:

Section 1.

In Section 1 by striking out, in line 4, the figure “3” and inserting in its place “5”, striking out “commissioners based on their”, in line 7, and inserting after the phrase “shall appoint” the following text:-

“at least one Commissioner with”.

Section 2.

In Section 1 by striking out, in line 16, the figure “2” and inserting in its place the following text:-

“3”.

Section 3.

In Section 1 by striking out, in line 26, the figure “2” and inserting in its place the following text:-

“3”.

Section 4.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 27, the figure “2” and inserting in its place:-

“3”.

Section 5.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 34, the word “two” and inserting in its place:-

“four”.

Section 6.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 35, the figure “10” and inserting in its place:-

“50”.

Section 7.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 43, the figure “2” and inserting in its place:-

“3”.

Section 8.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 47, the figure “1” and inserting in its place:-

“2”.

Section 9.

In section 1 by striking out, in line 108, the phrase “of Massachusetts, Inc. or a designee” and inserting in its place:-

“of Massachusetts, Inc. or a designee; the executive director of Equitable Opportunities Now or a designee”.
