License Control Limits

Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the bill in section 39, in line 524, by striking out the words “in a license of less than 35 per cent.” and inserting in place thereof the words “in a license holder of less than 35 per cent of the total equity, or any particular class or division of equity, or equity having the authority to appoint a majority of the directors, managers or management team of the license holder.”.
