Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 40, by striking out, in line 567, the word “immediately” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , within 1 business day after the receipt of such notice,.

And further amend the bill, in section 40, by inserting after the word “only”, in line 580, the following words:- ; provided, however, that the commission may allow third party access to the list by its licensing software provider.
