Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 40, by striking out, in line 567, the word “immediately” and inserting in place thereof the following text:-

“within one business day after the receipt of such notice”

And further moves to amend the bill, in said section 40, by striking out, in lines 577 and 578, subsection (g) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:

“(g) Notwithstanding and in lieu of any other penalty in this chapter, any person who violates this section may be punished by a fine of up to $5,000 per violation.”

And further moves to amend the bill, in said section 40, by inserting after the word “only”, in line 580, the following words:-

“-provided, however, that the commission may allow third party access to the list by its licensing software provider.”
