Parity for brewers

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in section 40, in line 658, by inserting after “138” the following words:

“, including but not limited to licenses issues pursuant to sections 19, 19B, or 19C of chapter 138”;

and further amend the bill in section 40, in line 705, by striking the words “section 15” and inserting in place thereof the following words:

“sections 15, 19, 19b, or 19c”;

and further amend the bill in section 40, in line 747, by striking the words “or chapter 94I” and inserting in place thereof the following words:

“, chapter 94I, or sections 19, 19b, or 19c of chapter 138”;

and further amend the bill in Section 40, in line 820, by inserting after “62C” the following words:

“or a license issued pursuant to sections 19, 19b, or 19c of chapter 138”.
