Ensuring Out of State Testing Accountability

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 19 by striking out, in lines 402 and 403, the words “and (iv) licensed in its home state to test hemp or cannabis” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (iv) licensed in its home state to test hemp or cannabis; and (v) certified and in good standing with the commission.
