Ensuring Out of State Testing Accountability

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 19 in line 402 by striking "chapter; and (iv) licensed in its home state to test hemp or cannabis." and inserting thereof:- "chapter, (iv) licensed in its home state to test hemp or cannabis; and (v) certified and in good standing with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission."
