Psychoactive Substance Advisory Board

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 1 in line 126 by striking the words "cannabis advisory board" and inserting thereof:- "psychoactive substance advisory board"; and further, in said section in line 127 by inserting after the word "commission" the following:- ", and other state agencies, the Senate and the House of Representatives"; and further in said section, in line 128 by inserting after the words "taxation of" the following "psychoactive substances including but not limited to kratom, psilocybin, psilocyn,  dimethyltryptamine, mescaline, ibogaine, ketamine and"; and further in said section, in section 156 by striking the words "The cannabis advisory board" and inserting therein the words "The psychoactive substance advisory board"; and further in said section in line 157 by inserting after the word "commission" the following:- "or other state agency, the Senate and the House of Representatives"
