Social Equity Trust Fund Study

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 962 after the word “tiers.” the following words:

“The study shall further analyze the efficacy of the Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund, as established in section 14A of Chapter 94G, and methods to further support social equity businesses with current licenses that receive funds through the Trust Fund and its programs.”
