Social Equity Trust Fund Grants

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 71 the following section:

"SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of Section 14A of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words 'economic empowerment priority applicants.' the following:-

"'Said grants and loans to social equity program participants and economic empowerment priority applicants may be used to pay down existing debts incurred prior to the current fiscal year.'".
