Social Equity Trust Fund Prioritization

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 71 the following section:

"SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of Section 14A of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words 'marijuana prohibition and enforcement' the following:-

"'; provided that funds shall prioritize businesses designated as economic empowerment priority applicants.'".
