Reporting

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill by striking, in section 2, in lines 21-22, the words "encourage long-term capital plans to be developed by a city or town", and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "require a city or town using this fund to provide to the department a report that shall include, but not be limited to, any previously appropriated unexpended funds received under this item and long-term capital plans".
