Protecting victims in gaming establishments

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill in section 6C., in line 8, by inserting after the word “accommodation” the following:

“and every gaming licensee, defined pursuant to section 2 of chapter 23K,”;

and further amend the bill in section 6C., in line 14, by inserting after the word “accommodation” the following:

“and every gaming licensee, defined pursuant to section 2 of chapter 23K,”;

and further amend the bill in section 6C., in line 19, by inserting after the word “(b)” the following:

“and every gaming licensee, defined pursuant to section 2 of chapter 23K”

and further amend the bill in section 6C., in line 26, by inserting after the word “accommodation” the following:

“and every gaming licensee, defined pursuant to section 2 of chapter 23K,”
