Human Trafficking Definition

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 6C by striking out, in lines 22-24 clauses “(ii) and (iii)”, and inserting in place thereof the following:

(ii) how human trafficking is defined pursuant to sections 50 and 51 of chapter 265 or the federal Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000; (iii) how to identify victims of human trafficking, as defined pursuant to section 20M of chapter 233 or said federal act.
