Amendment #2 to H4361

Licensed Electricians Employed at Regional School Districts

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as amended by section 27 of chapter 39 of the acts of 2021, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “county”, in line 262, the following words:- ; employees of a regional school district who are employed as licensed electricians.
