Michael Habel Superannuation Amendment

Mr. Mark moves to amend the bill by inserting in section 1, after the word “purposes”, in line 14, the following words:- “and, upon retirement, Michael Habel shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired at 65 years of age”.
