Overlay Surplus Declaration

Ms. Friedman moves to amend the bill , in section 1, by inserting after the word “levy”, in line 6, the following language:- “; provided, however, that the town shall have declared an overlay surplus pursuant to section 25 of chapter 59 of the General Laws prior to implementing clause (ii).”
