Amendment #12 to H4601

Mr. Orrall of Lakeville moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION X. Item 1599-0026 of section 2 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘common’ the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026”
