Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College

Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 8900-0021 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx ; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College to conduct a study evaluating the impacts of early life trauma on those incarcerated in the commonwealth for violent offenses, prior appropriation continued”.
