Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 4000-0700 the following item: 

“xxxx-xxxx For the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) for a rate increase above rates effective as of January 1, 2025, to ensure the financial stability of said programs and their ability to continue to provide services to older adults and disabled individuals…………………………………………………………………………$9,000,000”
