Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0000-0000, by adding at the following: “provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the Richard Salter Storrs Library, Inc., a 501C3 in Longmeadow, for a comprehensive market analysis and feasibility study regarding needed library renovations/improvements to meet ADA compliance and expand program and meeting space”
