Amendment #32 to H4601

Riverside Theatre Works

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 59 the following section:

"SECTION 59A. Item 7008-1116 of said section 2 of said chapter 140, as amended by section 65 of chapter 14 of the acts of 2025, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “Riverside Theatre Works, Inc., an arts organization located in the Hyde Park section of the city of Boston” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026."
