Lowell High School

Representatives Howard of Lowell, Elliott of Lowell and Hong of Lowell move to amend the bill Section XXXX. "Provided further that not less than $40,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Lowell for the purpose of backfilling the overage from unforeseen conditions as it relates to the renovation of Lowell High School."
