Amendment #36 to H4601

NEADS Service Dogs

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION X. Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘veterans’, the second time it appears, the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026"
