Educator Lay Off Study Extension

Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section: 

SECTION XX: “SECTION 206 of Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended in subsection (c)(1) by striking “Not later than October 1, 2025,” and inserting “Not later than June 1, 2026, “”
