Amendment #42 to H4601

North Shore Juneteenth Association, Inc

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 59 the following section:

“SECTION 59A. Item 7008-0900 of said section 2 of said chapter 140, as amended by section 100 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “North Shore Juneteenth Association Incorporated for community programming” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026.”
