Amendment #52 to H4601

Italian Cultural Center of Western MA PAC

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION X.  Item 7008-0900 of section 2 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Italian Cultural Center of Western Massachusetts, Inc. in Springfield”, the following words:- "and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026".
