Improving Information Sharing For Students in Foster Care

Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill, as amended, by inserting in line 27, after the word "issues", the following language:

; (vi) ensuring prompt sharing with a school, to which a student in DCF placement is enrolled, the student’s school records from each school the student attended, including special education services and individualized education plans in process, in order to ensure timely supports, services, and emotional and educational stabilization of that student
