Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 16, subsection b, by inserting after the words "Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association Incorporated or a designee;"
"the Department of Children and Families Chapter President or designee of the certified collective bargaining representative of bargaining unit 8"
