Amendment #18 to H4644

Juvenile Justice Policy and Data Board

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill, as amended, in SECTION 34, subsection 15(b)(2), in line 441 by inserting after "laws" the following words:-

“; provided that data requested by the office to submit juvenile justice policy and data board reports pursuant to section 80 of chapter 119 shall be considered a valid purpose for this section”; and

In subsection 15(c), in line 446, inserting after the word “data.” the following words:-

“Except for those requests to submit juvenile justice policy and data board reports pursuant to said section 80 of chapter 119,”
