Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 3, in line 24 by inserting after "guidance;" the following "shall incorporate age-appropriate instruction in emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning (SEL) shall include, but not limited to core competencies. Self-awareness and self-regulation; Empathy and respect for others; Responsible decision-making; Effective communication and conflict resolution;
