Amendment #1 to H4645

Including Private Employees of Railroads Performing Public Services in Assault and Battery Protections

Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 13D of said chapter 265 of the General Laws as so appears is hereby amended by inserting after the word "employee" the following words:- to include employees of private railroads delivering a public service."
